- Our season begins on the first day of practice, August 4, 2025, with a week long combine:
- DATE: Monday, August 4 - Friday, August 8, 2025
- TIME: 6:00 - 8:00pm
- LOCATION: Lewinsville Park, McLean, Virginia
- EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Monday: Helmet, cleats, and athletic shirt and shorts
- Tuesday/Wednesday: Helmets, Shoulder Pads, and Cleats
- Thursday/Friday: Full Equipment (full contact begins on Thursday)
- Drink water during the day before practice and bring plenty of water to practice.
- Players must attend three days of practice before they can begin full contact.
