Refund Policy - If a player withdraws after registering, the parent may request a refund (minus a $75 processing fee) by sending an email no later than the Saturday at the end of the first week of practice to your team's head coach. No refunds after this date unless an injury with written Doctor's note is provided.  Refunds will only be processed via credit card.

Review the Northern Virginia Youth Football League Age and Weight Matrix below when determining where to register your player.  A player's age on October 1st of the season is the age to use in determining maximum weight allowed.  The weight listed in each box is the maximum weight allowed at that age for that weight class.  For example, a player that is 8 years old on October 1, 2023 can be no more than 90 lbs to play in the AB division.
